This Refund Policy explains when a refund is applicable.

1. 100% Refund Guarantee (Strict Conditions)

A full refund is provided only if all conditions below are met:
You qualify for a refund ONLY if:
  1. You followed the Sculp diet plan exactly as instructed
  2. You attended or completed all assigned workouts/Zumba sessions
  3. You followed all lifestyle recommendations
  4. You checked in regularly as required
  5. You did not miss sessions without valid reason
  6. You did not cheat meals outside allowed guidelines
  7. You completed the full duration of the program
  8. You still did not achieve the promised goal (example: 10 kg in 50 days)

You do not qualify for a refund if :

  • You did not follow the plan consistently
  • You changed the diet on your own
  • You discontinued the program midway
  • You had undisclosed medical conditions
  • You didn’t submit progress updates
The final decision is made by the Sculp team after verifying your progress logs.

2. No Refund for :

  • Digital plans
  • Customized diet or workout plans
  • Trial sessions
  • Zumba-only passes
  • Partially completed packages
  • Any program where guidelines weren’t followed
  • Third-party charges or transaction fees
